Property stewardship.

Professional oversight for primary residences, second homes, and seasonal properties, whether you are in residence or away.

A home is an operation. Vendors, maintenance, storm seasons, and the hundred small decisions that keep a property sound. Causeway provides structured stewardship: proactive maintenance, supervised vendors, storm readiness, and clear written reporting, delivered under a fiduciary standard. You stay in charge. We carry the load.

Choose the level of oversight that fits your property and your life.

Every membership is scoped to the property and priced in a written agreement before we begin.

Modern systems. Human judgment.

We use technology to create transparency, not to replace judgment. Every membership includes timestamped photo documentation from walkthroughs and vendor visits, written service records, and clear reports you can share with family or advisors, wherever they are. Technology makes the oversight visible and reliable. People make it trustworthy.

Before the storm, and after.

On this coast, storm readiness is not an add-on. It is a core discipline. Before a storm: securing the property, executing your preparation checklist, and photographing the home’s condition.

After: inspection, documentation of any damage, coordination of emergency vendors, and a clear report to you, wherever you are. For second-home owners, this is often the reason they call us in the first place.

The second home, kept ready.

Seasonal open-up and close-down, vacant-home monitoring with documented walkthroughs, deliveries received, vendors supervised, and the house standing ready when you arrive. A second home should be a pleasure, not a second job.

Tailored further, when needed.

Members can add renovation supervision, estate-period property management, pre-arrival readiness, delivery and installation oversight, and annual inventory documentation for insurance and estate planning. Each is scoped in writing.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about the property and what has become too much to carry alone. We will recommend a scope honestly, including the smallest one that does the job.
